I would describe the patient care coordinator, dental hygienist, and Dr. Shah as trustworthy, friendly, great communicators, and committed to keeping the clinic safe in the age of COVID.

After meeting with a number of orthodontists to understand my treatment options, Dr. Shah and her staff at Grovehill Family Dental stood out from the crowd. The staff are incredibly friendly and thorough in their work. It feels like a family environment. The best dentist I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain everything.The care they provide to their patients is outstanding and they operate with integrity.I will continue to go there and If you’re looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them.

Amazing staff from Afia at the Front to Brisa and Dr Shah first visit they were very accommodating and didn’t shame me clearly explained options and pricing Brisa took my X-rays with out making things worse on me if I could give 1000 out of a 1000 they would have it.

They did my 2 front teeth for a root canal. I came back multiple times to ensure they had the right shade and fit down. took me multiple visits over a few months. but in the end I'm glad they invested the time for me and I appreciate the work and effort they put in. Thanks.

Implants, Grovehill gets 5 shining stars for this procedure. By far the best dental office across the board. I have had extrem dental work since childhood and would whole heatedly recommend this office, in Hayward CA, especially to those who are in need of implants. From an A-1 staff, Efia who's amazing, to my dentist, Dr. Shah and the surgeon who preforms miracle implants with the utmost precision, Dr. Lavorini. They are cost competitive, time efficient and do GREAT work. After several successful complex upper implants(wish you could see the results), I'm going back in January for additional implants on my lower teeth. They make the impossible possible. I feel indebted to this office who put the smile back on my face! Thank you guys!

Very light, clean and pleasant to visit. The staff tends to remember you. They're great at answering questions. They cut you a break on how you can pay for the services. One example is I'm planning on getting my teeth straighten and they listed the overall expanse and let me pay small amounts to my comfort (which they didn't have to do). Very satisfied customer.

This dentist office is wonderful. Honestly. When I first brought my son to the dentist I was skeptical. I was afraid of being the mother of the child that screams in the middle of the doctor's office. But; everything was so calm. He felt at home and welcome. He was able to ask questions and get them answered. When I came? They were absolutely wonderful. They explained their services and were open about payment plans. It is definitely a wonderful experience. :)
