It was an ok experience. Pros: Blair and Jill are super nice! They always helped no problem when there was an issue. Plenty of parking available. Cons: I lived on the 2nd floor and I always heard my neighbors above me stomping around, vacuuming when I needed to sleep for my night shift job. I was overall absolutely miserable the entire year that I lived there. The manager is NOT friendly. There were many times I came in to the office to pick up a package and she was not pleasant. At the end of my lease, I called 3 times to speak to her and she wasn’t there. I requested for her to call me back in which she didn’t.

We just recently moved into the groves, the staff is super friendly and we were welcomed when we walked into the door they were extremely patient in assisting our apartment need. I recommend this apartment complex for your next new home. go check them out the apartments are beautiful!!

I've been here for two years and I've loved every bit of it! Staff and leasing office personnel are super hospitable, and the maintenance guys are quick to come by and fix whatever you need. They're currently remodeling the apartments, and the new ones are gorgeous! It only takes me 15 min to get to/from Ft. Meade and is very close to Waugh Chapel. Piney Orchard also has a great running trail, has some open areas for pets (as well as potty bags around every corner), and has a local community center with a lap pool and some fitness machines! In all, I've had a great experience and I highly recommend.

Really enjoyed living here! The whole staff is great. The maintenance team is really responsive. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

The Groves are fantastic apartments, and I will miss them sorely when I must move later this summer (due to work requirements). The apartments themselves are large, very nice, well laid-out and high-quality. Maintenance requests are answered promptly. The staff are gracious, and willing to go out of their way to help residents. The neighborhood is safe, and close to everything - Waugh Chapel Village Center, the MARC station, several major highways. Overall, I cannot recommend the Groves enough!
