I ordered seeds on 3/13/21 they took payment on 3/16/21, I received an email the shipping label was created on 3/18/21, fast forward to 4/13/21 I had not gotten a shipping update so I called and only wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman I spoke with, he looked up the invoice stated the label had never been scanned, promised to expedite a new order and have it sent right out, up to this point I’m very happy with company, there was a hiccup and they were going to fix it, great no big deal I’ll have my seeds in a few days no harm. Now a few days pass and I don’t have an email with a new label as promised so on 4/17/21 I send a follow up email and get a response from Brandon discussing my original package and not the replacement package so I place a phone call on 4/26/21 and remain on hold for an hour before I finally hang up, while on the phone I tried the chat feature, I will attach photos of the chat I had with Growers Choice and let you decide how you feel.

I originally posted a review with 1 star due to significant shipping delays (almost 3 weeks). I deleted that review and am posting this one to replace it. The main reason is the quality of the seeds once I received them. I received the 12 seeds on 4/19/21 and as of today 4/29/21, only 10 days, 11 of my 12 seeds are now healthy seedlings. The 1 seed germinated very well in the paper towel and just may be taking it's time now that it's in soil. The company did reach out addressing the shipping issues as well. With the amazing result with these seeds I will definitely be using them again.
Ordered four different strains of feminized seeds, some three pack, some five pack. I germinated two of each, not all seeds germinated. The ones that did were all auto flowers. It wasn’t what I ordered. I reached out to customer service after they started bidding under 24 hrs of light and the best they could do was reimburse me with store credit for the seeds that didn’t pop, and the ones I planted. Wouldn’t give me my money back. All the auto flowers bud looked the exact same. Pretty sure I was bamboozeled. I used my store credit and got another four different strains I’ll let ya know what happens. I have no confidence though. Definitely not purchasing anything else from growers choice or recommending anyone else do so. Poor product, poor customer service and a waste of 215 bucks. USE a different seed bank!! Don’t waste your money!
I order no more than 3 weeks ago, and they arrived today and they are now in the ground! I will update my review in 6 months hopefully with good words so far these guys are right on time I am very excited today's day is may 1st 2021. The seeds look fresh and amazing thank you grower's choice!
Paid by Zelle. Received email notifications with updates right up to my seeds were delivered. All 3 out of 3 popped. Very happy with my purchase.
We ordered seeds, sent with cashiers check (which they confirmed they received) - after about 4 weeks we checked on status and they indicated there was an unexpected issue and they'd send in the next 10 days. After we didn't receive in the next few weeks, we called again and they said they had an issue with USPS, and we'd get a tracking number "soon". After another few weeks, they said they were 3000 orders behind since it's their "busy time" and couldn't expedite and to keep waiting... won't ever buy from them again. Beware! - Update -- we finally received our seeds after \u003e8 weeks and a few more chat sessions - wasn't ever able to talk via phone since just put on perpetual hold.
Had to wait a while for my first order second order never showed up. Had to get a refund from Mesh was a hassle, won't be purchasing from here again... pretty expensive also...
I sent the money order without my form, I emailed the form to them. I mailed the money order on March 25 and they said they still haven’t receive it. I’m out of 55 and it’s my fault I should have never mailed money like that. I have bought from them before and there was no problem. I’m reading the reviews now and I see a lot of 1 ️‘S. I don’t know what to do. I guess I have to look for another distributor.
