The service was very good however just a couple small things stand out to me. When I dropped off the car there was no indication given by anyone that it would take over 24 hours to finish the work. Luckily I was furnished a loaner, but would still have preferred some more detailed timing info up front. Also, I bought 4 new tires, and the pressures in each tire were not the same. This can cause uneven wear, and really should be filled exactly same on each tire, especially from the dealership. Last thing being that I had transmission/transfer case fluids changed in the drive train. I did not realize the q50 has suggested differential fluid changes every 15k as well, had this been brought to my attention I would have just had it all done together. So now I wish I had that done, but don't want to drop the car off again for an unknown amount of time when I was just there. Otherwise the transmission feels smoother, very satisfied, and the tires ride well, and seem great so far. Had the other small things not been an issue I would literally advertise for your dealership. Thank you

Thought I'd give these guys a try for an oil change since they sent me a coupon in the mail. When they returned my car, they put a BIG DENT on my vehicle. I told the agent about it and he said to me over the phone, \the driver didn't mark the dent on the walk-through paperwork but that he saw the dent when it arrived\ I told him that the dent was never there. I even showed him a video of my car leaving the garage when I handed it to the valet driver proving that the dent was never there. He kept insisting that it was there even though it clearly wasn't. I asked for a copy of the walk-through paperwork. His initial response - it could take a couple of days for us to scan it in. I'm like couple days to scan? What year do you live in? Just take a picture and send it. Finally got the paperwork which showed that the valet driver marked the dent. I did not sign any paperwork that showed there was a dent on my vehicle. This idiot created falsified the documents to make it appear that the I signed off on the dent even though I clearly didn't. They lost me as a customer not only for maintenance but also for future car sales. Hope this was worth it for you guys!

I’m so impressed with this dealership! I’ve been a customer of Sewell but recently moved to the area and decided to checkout Grubbs since it was much closer to me. I am so happy I found them! I purchased a vehicle from them and the process was seamless. I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the process and the salesperson Eric Glover was super easy to work with. No skeptical sales tactics, just honest people who want what works best for you. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and I will be a long time customer of Grubbs. I would highly recommend this place and Eric!

They are super friendly and easy going but if you are looking to purchase vehicle out of state there is no chance of getting it. I spent about a week asking for a purchase agreement and where I can send the money and to lock down the the purchase but I just kept getting strung along with no end in sight. Finally said forget it Im just flying out there to deal with it in person and they they let me know that they just sold it. Word of advice if you are looking to purchase out of state you just have to fly out there asap and purchase in person.

Ask for Curtis Riser at Grapevine location If you want a great buying experience on a used auto. Buying a car anymore us become a dreadful experience for many reasons. Curtis restored my faith in an honest salesman with integrity in negotiating a fair deal. Glad to know there are still men of integrity in auto sales. Great dealership with Great people! Cars are priced fair at Grubbs but I don’t like the fact that there is a spin on the advertising of CPO on a vehicle that is not CPO until you pay the CPO fee. Great option to have, but should not be misleading to potential buyers. In my past experiences a CPO advertised vehicle was priced and sold as a true CPO vehicle.
