I ordered 2 items online. I did not receive any confirmation of the order I sent an email asking for an order status update 1 week later, I called twice once at week two and once at week 3 and never received any response. They did process payment immediately. The web-site appears to be active but when you map the business and street view it is not there. I am currently working thru my own bank on recourse. Update I finally received communication back. There was an issue with shipments from that date specifically and they apologized and stated they were cancelling the transaction and refunding the payment.
