Working with Guetzke and Associates, and in particular Karrie Klotz in their office, has always been a very smooth process. They are organized, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced. It's a solid one-stop shop for all building fire prevention/alarm/extinguisher/safety needs.

I work with Todd and Karrie from Guetzke & Associates on a regular basis. They have always been extremely helpful and responsive with my requests. Anytime I have an issue or a request, they follow through very quickly with answers to my questions or quotes when I need them. They also always have a positive attitude and great customer service!

I left a message for these guys 2 hours ago and never received a call so when I called them back I expressed my disappointment well apparently they don't Like that and belittle people not to mention they tell you if you don't like it call someone else and hang up on you. . Then when you call back the supervisor condones the behaviour. . I told them I will never call them for elevator repair again! THE thing is I realized after I called them that I went through something similar in Dec. . I made a note on my contact sheet to never call them for repairs again. . I will also let my coworkers know at other properties and future new properties to steer clear. . Along with all of my other property management friends! You are better off to call siemans! Much more friendly responsive and accommodating! YOU WOULD THINK IN THIS DAY And AGE thesepeople would know how to treat Thier customers!

Our condo property mgmt company contracts with this company. Had the fire alarm pulled in my unit and had to have them come out and replace the stick and reset the panel. Prior to coming out, they quoted me a price of 160 tax. They also quoted the property mgmt company the same price. I got invoiced for 196. When I called to question the additional charge I was told that there was an additional cost because \someone\ broke the switch, and \unless I had it on video that his employee broke it I have no proof that it was there fault\!! (It had to either be Guetzke or the fire department.) The repairman never told me an additional part was broken once he evaluated the situation and did not inform me that there would be an additional cost. When I contact \Todd\ he was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to work out the difference in the quoted price and the price charged for a part that I was not informed of before the work was done. Highly suggest you do NOT use this company, bad work ethics and practices!!!
