Love guitar center, but this time the did not carry a lot of the \in the middle\ priced guitars, as a married person and electric guitar aficionado I do not have a big budget, enough to buy over the 400 dollar equipment. They were lacking of a lot of ibanez and Jackson brands, understandably due to the pandemic.

I wasn't able to return / exhange my Christmas gift. The website said returns accepted until the end of January. They said it was purchased at the end of November so nthey wouldn't help me. It was a gift, I don't know when it was purchased. I had been a customer for over two decades but I'm going to avoid Guitar Center, Musicians Friend, and all related companies going forward. I've spent so much money with them...

Great store, and the only game in town. Be careful, as you would anywhere, when the time comes for dropping zeros. Do your homework 1st and make sure you have tried out the product thoroughly. They employ SALES people.
