I brought my two guitars in for general service.example: 1set of strings cleaning ,polishing, some neck adjusting I guest.the cost was about 200 dollars, that was way to much money,but I needed the work done.I wish it were a little more cheaper. I have yet to go and pick up my guitars.I hope I'll be happy. However other services are good.

I walked in with an issue with my guitar that I hadn't experienced before. Not only did the repair tech immediately recognize the problem, but he had a handout ready for how to fix it! Great service!
Sold me a used guitar over the Internet with fret damage that was not disclosed in the item description. What time discovered the front damage and contacted my sales rep, Ben Bollero, I was informed that because I did not purchase some sort of extra repair agreement warranty that there was nothing that they could do. This feels extremely underhanded. I will not be doing business here again, nor do I recommend anyone else do so.
