WE DROVE all the WAY from Clarksville TN to do a dive Charter, we confirmed with one of the owners 2 weeks ago that they would have two boats for us and to be there at 1:30, we where there at 1:15. Called there shop was informed the Captain would be at 2:30. We waited and know one showed up, tried calling the shop back and they would not answer the phone. This is piss poor business practice. We will never use this company again.

My dive class and I traveled from Clarksville, Tn to destin an we had requested this company service. They failed to keep in contact with us and the boat captain never showed up, our start time was 1:30 and we stayed until 2:30 trying to get in contact with the company to see what was going on. I very much would not use this boating service for divers at all.

My newly certified son and I went on our first charter dive trip with Capt Eric and DiveMaster Courtney. It was a blast. Courtney made me feel super safe and worked through my young sons nervousness in going down to see the OceanWind. She literally worked him down side by side to the tugboat and stayed beside him the entire time. I cannot day enough good things about this team and we will def be repeat members. Thanks again Eric and Courtney and can’t wait for our next trip!!
