First impression over the phone with Chris was great. Made an appointment for the following Monday. No show no call. Left a message at the store and on Chris’ cell phone. No response. Gave it a couple days and thought I’d try one more time, still no call back. Can’t comment on their work because we never made it that far. Given the fact they can’t keep a calendar and don’t respond, not professional enough for me to hire. F

Chris installed multiple screens at our home a few years ago. Cannot get a response or help with a service issue. I've been leaving messages and sending texts for months!! Be careful! Update, OK, sorry to hear about the Covid issues. For the record, this service issue goes back several months so it isn't all Covid. I'll keep everyone posted on progress here. Update, working with Chris on a resolution to my issues. Ordered new screens, waiting for installation. He has been responsive.
