Horrible customer service. I have tried Massage Envy 3 times. 2 of which were gifts from loved ones. I would not recommend this to anyone. The last time, I scheduled a week in advance and they canceled and did not bother to offer another therapist or a different time. I was told I could call on Monday and see if they could fit me in. Every time I've gone it has been a terrible experience. Save your time and money go anywhere else.

I purchased a 60 minute massage for my wife and daughter. This place was very hard to do business with the website offered buy an 80 gift card get an additional 20. However, they said I have to pay 100 at this location to get the extra 20 and I had to give them a credit card number to hold the appointment. The gift cards take 24 hours to activate. My daughter said they set the timer for 50 minutes when you walk in the room, they ask you to undress and come back in 10 minutes then discuss what type of massage you want. So, the 60 minute massage was actually closer to 40 minutes. Additionally, the massage therapist excused themselves a couple times because she was coughing and needed water, which is fine but you’d think a 60 minute massage would last 60 minutes and after reading other reviews this seems to be the way they operate. I hoped to give a nice gift but neither enjoyed their Massage Envy experience, they also tried the float spa across the street and had a very good experience.
This was my second visit. The therapist did a great job. The surprise came at checkout when the rate went from 65 to 115 without mention before my visit. It's sad really. I was considering a monthly plan but now I won't return.
I love love this Massage Envy - Gulf Shores !! My sister told my about this place so we scheduled a sister spa day. The staff is very friendly. They have a Himalayan salt bath that I just fell in love with. it's really hot but after soaking in there for a few minuets my muscles were like noodles so so relaxing. I highly recommend this spa.
