Mice problems & their solution is sticky traps. I do like living here, but the mice are stressing me out & I don’t feel comfortable walking around my own home. I’m writing this from upstairs right now because I just saw one for the second time this week & I’m too scared to go back down.

Had mold four times in one year. Dog died and we where displaced twice. Just terrible.

2 stars for the following reasons. Houses are good size and if you work on base it’s the best commute. With that being said... maintenance is terrible. Numerous issues that don’t get fixed for months! Not small issues either, black mold, leaks, broken appliances... if this wasn’t military housing I would have a class action lawsuit in a minute. I would suggest never living on base as there are plenty of houses for rent around the same price out in town. If you are new to the area, check out Long Beach and anything north of I-10.
