Large seafood gumbo had one small piece of mystery meat in it but no seafood to be found. Just tomato and okra soup. I wish I would have read the other reviews first & CLEARLY no changes have been made to the gumbo. The other food was average but not worth a second visit. I really wanted to like this place. The young man who helped me was extremely friendly and efficient.

The gumbo was horrible! I ordered seafood gumbo and there was not one drop of seafood in it! The boudin balls were tasteless, the red beans and rice was okay but I had more rice than anything. Look if you’re going to name your place the gumbo factory the least you can do is make excellent Gumbo but you will not get that here.
The food is pretty good, although the beans could have been more tender but the crawfish taco was very tasty would recommend
Everyone is talking support black owned but when you do, it is a huge disappointment. Tried the gumbo and it was onions and bellpeppers......thats it. Horrible! The big guy at the front looked unkept and sweating all the the countertop. I don't recommend this slop to anyone.
I’m a previous employee . They refuse to pay the tips I’ve earned. Also the manager makes us re use same gloves after we used them multiple times after touching raw chicken and raw meat . And raw seafood we are not allowed to throw them away . So don’t be surprised if you ever get sick from eating here...
This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever ate from and charge what my total was. Ordered fried fish with the gumbo mixed. Fish had no season on it, gumbo was pasty with not one shrimp or crawfish tail. Order bread pudding as well, I’m not sure what this was but for 3-4 I should have at least had a full cup although it was disgusting as well. Never again. I’m from Louisiana and I knew from starters in a gas station without one customer there around 5-6 pm was a sign. Highly disappointed.!.!
We order food and she went to the back to add the order to the computer. She didn't come back until 10 minutes later. We are waiting fir her to take our money and the cooks act like they don't understand what they suppose to do because the cashier keeps saying it and shakes her head now lets get to the seafood and chicken gumbo. No meat or nothing except juice really!!!! no seafood nor chicken. It was already made already, They just had to make tacos and sandwiches which took so long that I went to the store and brought times two times. The time it took was over an hour!!!!! and the quality of the food wasn't all that nothing in the gumbo ...........( this can keep going but I will stop)
Order through GrubHub @12:15 order confirmed for 12:45 delivery. Received order cancelation @12:45. Now I have wasted my lunch break and have no food
