My husband came 6 years ago and overall he was very satisfied. He also came back a couple days ago, and, when I asked him \how did it go\? To my surprise, He said it went well... So I decided to go by there today to make a purchase, of course I was a bit nervous because of the reviews but my transaction was smooth. I have no complaints. I'm happy! Sn. I am Hispanic and my husband is Black.

Okay after reading the reviews I was worried to death about even walking in the place. I called first and asked if he sold rounds. His response was we are a gun shop aren’t we. okay so I go in. The guy is very to the point. Not much on a bunch of none sense but if you need something that has to do with a gun he will have it or try to get it. I have no complaints. If you’re looking for a good convo and overweening customer service then go someplace else but if you’re looking for something to do with guns then go shop and get on with your day.

Ron has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying Christmas gifts for my husband, and I know absolutely nothing about firearms. I showed him a picture of my husbands gun and he helped get all of the perfect accessories. This is a one stop shop for all of the classic fishing gear too! He gave me great advise for fishing in this area.

I am usually a very understanding and calm person. However, people have pushed my buttons in the past, Mr Hess has proven to be one of these individuals. The conversation started with me asking for ammunition. He asked about where I purchased my weapon so I told him the Marine Corps Exchange. He promptly and obnoxiously replied that is where you get your ammo. I’m sorry, Mr. Hess, I cannot deal with attitudes like yours. You most likely have dealt with many types of people in your history as a firearm expert but for the business side, you have to rise above and be a different person. If you didn’t have enough ammo to match your current stock of new firearms and you don’t want to sell to someone not purchasing a new firearm then say that!! Don’t belittle me for saving some money buy purchasing from another vendor. I am only being a good steward of my money!!! I will NOT EVER be patronizing or even consider recommending your business to anyone. In fact, I will be encouraging people to STAY AWAY!! Nobody deserves your negativity!!!

I came to the store and yes he does seem kinda off when speaking too, but overall he knew his knowledge and help me purchase 2 firearms. Even though the way he talks and jokes around towards me, I did genuinely like the store and the owner. I'm a nervous, introvert, anxiety type of guy. So that has to say alot about his store and himself giving service. Thank you for your help and services of my new firearm and will shortly be back for another.
