I rarely get the customer service experience from any company like I have gotten from these guys. Last night I had an issue where I thought my order didn't go through so I emailed them and they said to re order and gave me a 20% discount for my troubles. well little did I know my order did go through so I emailed them asking if they were able to apply the discount code to my order that I already put through and the reply came back with a yes as well as the rep informed me I overpaid for my item and they took an additional 30.00 off. this shows me how much of an honest and reputable company these guys are and I will tell everybody about them because of this. Great job guys and thanks so much!

Absolutely in love with my Emissary frame. It's my 3rd pair over 7 years. For glasses with anti scratch coating, among many other features, they hold up extremely well under a variety of stresses. I wear them most of the time unless I'm wearing contacts for more active days, and I can definitely say that there is much needed relief on your eyesight. Here's a picture of my 3 year old pair vs my new ones.

I purchased a pair of computer reading glasses back in September (after having purchased numerous pairs of gaming glasses from GUNNAR). The the computer glasses came and I was very happy with it. However, there was a product defect (I believe) and the temples broke. After I submitted a complaint to GUNNAR; they reached out and made right with me!! Long story short I am a very happy and satisfied customer!! The lens quality of these glasses (computer & gaming) are very, very good! With the glasses I can work with computers for hours without getting my eyes strained! Highly recommended!!

I love my Gunnar Emissary! As an IT professional, it really helps me getting through all the long days staring at monitors. Now I cannot imaging how I could get through my work days without it! To make it even better, their support is just amazing -- they response so promptly, and are just so willing to help me when I need to replace a broken part, even my Emissary has been more than 2 years old! Highly recommended!

I went in this afternoon and Juan was very helpful. I got to try on multiple frames and lenses and he gave me the run down on the differences between the products. Excellent knowledgeable customer service. They even have a 30 day guarantee if you're not happy. I'd recommend looking in to this company based on the customer experience alone.

I got the Enigma Gunnar glasses and I love them! They block out the blue light and it makes it much easier to focus on my work. It eliminates a lot of eye strain too!
