Working with the salesmen Phil Hall was an incredible experience that was guided with lots of details and information for every step along the way. I always felt informed and knew I was making the right choice for the perfect vehicle with his honest guidance! He was a delight to work with. Mitch Sebastian worked with me to make sure that the car I loved got to come home with me with a crazy good deal as well. Truly so thankful and happy with my day at Gurley Leep Nissan and would recommend them to anyone. Cannot wait to go back and work with them in the future!

PLEASE NEVER GO TO GURLEY LEEP! I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima in September 2019. During the daytime, I checked all the things except the front fog light and the tires. After ONE day of purchasing, boom, I discovered low pressure on my rear right tire and I just drove it for about 10miles after I bought the car. In the evening, I discovered another interesting thing, which is the front fog lights are not working in pairs. I contact my sales rep, only to be told that I’ll schedule an appointment the day after and my situation is not included in the warranty since I didn’t purchase extra coverage. What a coincidence that I stabbed a nail into the tire and broke the front fog light after ONE day of purchasing my car! Yes it was my fault that I didn’t check the fog lights and the tires, but how can you check whether the tire is normal when you don’t have proper equipment. They did not lie to me, but they did not tell me the problems the car was having. It makes me feel like Gurley Leep Nissan has a group of liars. After 4 months of driving, the check engine light went on. I brought the car to the service department, they charged me 150 only for checking check engine light. After checking it, I was told that an oxygen sensor was out of order and that is not included in the Powertrain warranty. They wouldn’t tell me what was included because if they had told me, I would have definitely gone to somewhere else to get it fixed. Also, they told me that I need a transmission fluid exchange or it would be dangerous to drive on road. Totally BS. I went to another auto care store and they said that the transmission is in perfect condition, no need for fluid exchange. If you see this comment, PLEASE never go to Gurley Leep to purchase a car or get service if you don’t have millions of dollars to waste.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. We love our Nissan Pathfinder. I would recommend Phil and Mitch to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Thanks again guys!

Wonderful experience. Phil Hall (sales professional) went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and ready to take the vehicle we liked home, and was VERY informative by walking us through every step of the sales process, even showing us every bit of financial information to ensure we knew that we were getting the best deal possible. Speaking of the best deal possible, Mitch Sebastian (finance manager) was phenomenal. He made sure our interest rate was as low as possible, which was MUCH lower than we thought it would be given our situation and kept our payment at a rate that was more than reasonable, to the point where it was a deal that you would think is too good to be true on a vehicle I was still messaging both of them about hours after we left because of how happy we were with the vehicle we fell in love with. I look forward to working with them again. It’s a shame there’s only five stars, because I would give them many more if possible. Both of these guys did an amazing job and I recommend anyone even considering a vehicle to request them by name!

I bought my dream car from Gurley Leep. It was a 2013 370z Nismo. I was incredibly excited to finally make a years-long dream come true. That was, until I saw the car. After picking up the “thoroughly reconditioned” 370 (with ZERO accidents), I realized the car had been in an undisclosed accident, and that “thoroughly conditioned” meant overspray on the fenders and tail lights, orange peel on the deck lid that looks like it was done with rattle cans, paint correction that wasn’t even the right color, and every wheel so curbed it will require tire dismounting to sand down, Bondo correct, and repaint, scratches down to bare metal, and fender rock dings. This “thoroughly reconditioned” car will ironically require thousands of dollars in paint correction and reconditioning. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Pictures to come. Update: Complete respray of the hood, rear quarter panels, front bumper, and deck lid will need to be done to the tune of 1,820, and the wheels will be another 600. Also, I still haven't been contacted by their \customer success team\ as was promised with the original review. Thanks Gurley Leep.
