Would not see me in an appropriate amount of time. I was in A LOT of pain for over a month and not able to eat even 1 full meal a day waiting for my appointment to come along. They kept my form of payment with them the entire 2-3 hours I was there. Very weird. Prescribed me pain medicine just to call me to tell me not to take it because it has bad side affects with the allergy medicine I take. Too bad I already had paid for the pain medicine before knowing I can’t take it. They also couldn’t keep track of my paperwork. When I got there and called to check-in they had me wait in my car for another 20 minutes, while a guy pulled up next to me and I watched him call to check-in and they came right out to get him even though I had been sitting there for about 10 minutes at that point. You know I started with 4 stars on there and as I’m writing about my experience it keeps going down. I also wasn’t going to write a review because I don’t like leaving bad ones, but after the 5th text message “reminding” me to do it I’ve finally done it.

Awesome experience. They were able to take me in when I needed root canal and was in excruciating pain. Ian on the office was very helpful and understanding. Dr. Bui and Heather were very kind and gentle throughout the procedure. They made me comfortable and ensure that I don't feel pain. Thanks for taking excellent care of me.

Just recently was there for my first root canal. Very happy with the dental work done but even more pleased with the service of everyone in the office. I was really nervous walking into the appointment but I was pleasantly surprised how the whole experience was. Definitely recommend this office.

I needed a root canal and had never had one before. I was terrified after all of the horror stories I had heard about them. I made my appointment with Dr. Bui and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. During the procedure I had absolutely no pain. He asked me several times during the procedure if I was doing all right, if I had any pain, if I needed to take a break, etc. He was very kind to his staff, too. He made my experience very comfortable. I would definitely refer family and friends to this practice and Dr. Bui.

Terrible terrible terrible place! They told me what my insurance is going to pay and what I will owe. Great...until two months later when I get a huge bill from what my insurance didn't cover. When I called advance endodontics, they lied multiple times to me saying they never got a quote from my insurance because they were on hold for 4-5 hours with them. They then said they just quote based off what my insurance company usually covers for people in general, then they said it's hard to get a hold of any insurance company because of covid. Sooooo many excuses and soooo many lies. They should never tell people what the insurance will cover if they never even look or contact them! This is a terrible thing they did and they don't even care, nor will they reduce my bill. Wow, what way to run your company. Very rude and unprofessional.
