Quick and easy in an out if you know what you're looking for. The store was nice and clean and employees were offering to help me find something instead of me having to look for someone to ask for help. It was a great experience with their employees!

Can't rate just yet because I didn't buy anything or ask questions. I was only there to get some crafting/modeling ideas. I could say it was incredibly organized and clean. As far as rating that then...5
everyone was nice and when i had questions they told me where it was and gave good suggestions
Everyone was so helpful. I was walking through the isles like a lost kid and I got plenty of help. Gisele was also very nice.
Michael's has always been a place where I can go in sad and become so happy,creating so much in my head while I shop, they are always stock with the most inventive products,making a creative person go insane, today I went to the store to find a Christmas wreath and left with several other things, Mary was so nice that made my stopping by so great,sweet employee!! After three years I've begun to paint again as usual Michael's Craft store has all the products I need to bring my creation to fruition. Thankyou, especially to the wonderful employees.I don't know about your Micheal's but the Gurnee's is awesome,thankyou guys!!!
