Food good but we waited well over an hour for food and we were the only ones inside but I don't know if maybe they had a lot of to go orders two people picked up orders in that hour.

Okay Foodies, here's the FYI: fake cheese, pretty good crust, nice flavorful pizza sauce. But the fake cheese ruins it for me. As in, imitation cheese not made from cow's milk - an artificial creation sold to restaurants and pizza parlors to save on food cost. So very many pizza places use this \cheese\ that many people think it's normal now. Toppings were not generous as reported elsewhere, service was very slow because of so many to-go orders even though there were only two other tables occupied when we arrived. It's hard to find quality food on the Westside, so my hopes were high when I heard good things about this place, but I was disappointed. However, it just depends on your taste as to whether or not the fake cheese thing is acceptable.
Food is great but their customer service is horrible. I called to ask a quick question and had the hostess had the worst attitude. Get rid of her. Still prefer Pizza Factory!!!
I like the selection they give. They have a lot to offer for just a pizza place. The food is great and the staff is amazing.
The staff is great. I had ravioli and it was really good. Not overcooked.
