Gutter Helmet of Connecticut installed both “helmet” and mesh cover gutter covers all around my house and garage. When we originally arranged for the service we stressed the importance of also checking the downspouts for damage, etc. I also explained that I wanted the garage downspout connected to a drain. This was never completed. I also told the installers to connect this while they were working. It took many many attempts to reach Gutter Helmet by phone. Eventually I spoke with the owner who old me to go to Home Depot or Lowes and purchase the flexible connector and install it myself. He offered to pay me the cost of the connector. The bulk of the job was 98% completed. For a 10 part they have a fundamentally dissatisfied customer who would not recommend them.
