We had my son's first birthday party there last Saturday, Feb 1. The staff was very friendly and the games with the kids were really good, as they interacted very well. Also, the play area with the kids' apparatus was clean and pleasant looking. I like the fact that they make you take off your shoes and use socks when in that area. However, the reason for the ranking is two-fold. First, it is markedly over priced, in my opinion. We had to supply the food (cake, pizza, lemonade) and all for only 90 minutes. To be fair, the staff did allow us 30 extra minutes, but still the amount that we paid for that time was too much. If it were half the price, that would be fair. Also, in the party room, there were not enough chairs for adults. The table where the kids sat was in the middle of the room and that was fine. However, there should have been more chairs that adults could use to sit around the kids, nearer to the wall. I had to stand up for 5 minutes and an adult had to practically rotate standing. Simply put, they were ill-prepared for parents and friends seating. Unless they come down on pricing or include food and drink in the price, we will not use them again. If that's not a concern for you, then I would recommend it to anyone looking to have a kid/toddlers party.

I just wanted to let folks know how fortunate we are to have AMAZING teachers at Gymboree Play & Music Post Oak teaching our kids. Ms Jalyn and Ms Taylor are the caring, thoughtful and wonderful teachers. Mr. Jamal is super dope when it comes to school skills. Dropping your child off during school skill session is always difficult, but when you are leaving them in the care of someone like Mr. Jamal you feel reassured knowing that your child is in better hands. My kids have enjoyed and continue to enjoy play and learn and school skills. The place is always clean for the kids to play around. Keep up the good work guys.
We hosted our son’s 2nd birthday here and had a wonderful experience. Two staff members stayed with us the entire time and did an excellent job entertaining the kids. They also set up the room for me, served the food & drinks, and cleaned up! If you’re looking for an affordable stress free birthday venue this is your place!
If I could give this place a zero Star I would. We cancelled our membership and they keep charging our card. Finally after many times calling, went there and they called the owner and the owner was not helpful, denying and trying to deny giving our money back and then she started yelling and saying that she won’t give the money back. Very bad costumer service, there are so many great places to take your kids to , that they actually respect you and appreciate your business, and here definitely isn’t one of them. Don’t take you kids to this place.
We have had two experiences in two weeks where nobody shows up to open the doors. They just bail on customers, when we show up to class the place is closed and nobody to be found
I can't say enough great things about Gymboree!! The staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough about the opportunity for infants to interact with other infants at a very young age. Its clean and super inviting for all ages. Love it!!
I love coming here, especially during the open gym times. The staff has been really friendly and the overall environment is calm and welcoming.
My daughter went from the time she was 3 months until we moved at 2. She attended for a month at age 3 when we were there for a visit. I love it and wish there were more in other locations. Miss Cherie and Miss Jean were my favorite teachers. Make ups were easy and classes were wonderful.
