My Mother and I purchased a used china cabinet on November 17, 2012. The saleswoman working there told us it be there around 5 o' clock in the afternoon. The saleswoman called saying the truck was stuck in the Bronx and could not make it. She said it would come Monday instead. After calling yesterday and today and speaking to the same saleswoman, the china cabinet has yet to be delivered. Apparently, the truck can not make deliveries until Saturday due to the fact that it is damaged. That is not something the customer has any concern for. We just want our china cabinet. My mother is expecting guests over her house Thursday for Thanksgiving and now she has to attend to her guests without a china cabinet. When addressed about refunding my order and/or requesting a discount due to their failure to provide the service guaranteed, the saleswoman could not honor it. DO NOT TRUST USED FURNITURE STORES LIKE THIS!!!! EXTREMELY RISKY!!!!
