I had H2O Walls install a fountain in my home five years ago. They replaced a previous fountain feature that I had installed, and H2O's proprietary design is the best there is in the market today. The entire process was wonderful and they have provided me with excellent support since then. Scotty and the H2O team are very professional and highly responsive. I could not recommend them more highly.
H20 Walls has always been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive, friendly and have great customer service. We have had some issues with the pump for the fountain we installed and they have always gone above and beyond to help us fix the issue.

Just about 20 years ago I commissioned H2O to help me create a waterwall for our penthouse newly being constructed in White Rock, British Columbia. They helped bring my dream to reality and to this day I enjoy its beauty. Over the past years Scotty has willingly worked with various people to do whatever necessary to keep the wall in top shape. As a widowed senior I have to depend on various mtc. people to help run my home and that often means changes in personnel and the need to retrain as I am mechanically illiterate. I can't say enough about the manner that Scotty and/or his staff deal with our issues. I can safely say that I have yet to find any other company that stands behind their product to the extent that I have experienced with H2O. My Waterwall (no. 134 ) has done all and more than it was designed to do and is always a topic of conversation when I entertain. More importantly, it brings me immense pleasure each time I pass it by; see the gentle cascade and hear the soft sounds. I have several lovely paintings that bring me pleasure but not one can beat the peace of mind I experience with my \living picture\ ... my beautiful H2O Waterwall.
