Wow! I put up a review a couple of years ago and apparently it was deleted. Never will I go through this co. again as I was told for MONTHS I would receive a referral check for putting Kelly down on the application. I've reached out to Kelly from Nov 2015- until almost June 2016 just for a lousy 50 amd a nasty attitude on her part. Yeah, Kelly was hoping I would forget about it. NO WORRIES, I wouldn't refer any friends, family or a worst enemy. She's the worst to work with. ***UPDATE*** To reply back to the \NEW\ owners message. As you stated, the lease is under my fiance name, yes! The initials is S.R. AND under my email as I was the one that was communicating with Kelly the entire time i.e. email, text and talk due to my fiance working out of state a lot and Kelly was familiar with the situation. So again, we recieved a lousy 50 and awful customer service. I won't be going back for any assistance from your staff. Kelly actually emailed me, PLEASE ask her to take me off her contact list. Thanks!
