My daughter gave 2 weeks notice on Monday. Tuesday they called her in the office and told her to go home and they would pay her the rest of the 2 weeks. They only paid her balance of first week. She has called about 2nd week and only gets a run around. Don't work here it's to much family run. To much immaturity and children have to much say with no business experience.

I had the most unpleasant time working there. The senior employees there are favored & allowed to mistreat new colleagues. I have a recording of my \dismissal\ stating \I took too much time off\. I had a very unexpected death in my family that caused much grief. I took 3 days total in a time frame of 2 months. 2 days was for the funeral service. Got the call on a day I left early due to sickness, which was considered \absent\ & also still in grief from losing my 2yr old niece a week prior. & lets add I have 2 children and Christmas right around the corner. Other employees get away with being late & absent for reasons not to be considered. Academy Service Group is heartless! They do not care for employees or vendors. As readers can see in prior reviews from some vendors. I can honestly say this has to be the worse company I have ever worked for. I have great references from CEO's, managers, & prior colleagues I've had the pleasure working with. I've worked a lot of temp positions for reasons that were good for my schedule at the time. So overall, it is disturbing that a company like this is even considered for work or services.
Their are always ups and downs in any business, but I had Academy Group for my service for over 10 years. They have to deal with sometimes rude and obnoxious people not wanting to give them information they ask for especially if its a sales pitch to relay back to their clients. For the most part I find their service to be very competent. I belive I'm in good hands. Kohler Funeral Home

The girl that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I would be embarrassed to have this company as my answering service!
