My go to guy for all extinguishers and tagging. Great price and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
This is a family business that really cares. I needed to go after work or on a weekend to have my extinguishers serviced. They arranged to meet me at my convenience. The technician who was fourth generation of the family was extremely helpful and polite. I see why this business has lasted over 70 years. They care about the customer and truly accommodate.
We called this company for a fire suppression tank inspection/renewal (nothing more nothing less). Next thing you know they're trying to sell us extra fire extinguishers (not required by code) and they took it upon themselves to move nozzles around under the hood. We have a small MOVABLE table top fryer that weighs about 3lbs (see pic). After our daily cleaning of the fryer it was moved a little bit to the right of the nozzle. The technician went ahead and put a nozzle over it and charged an extra 120. All you had to do was pick up the 3lb little table top fryer and place it under the nozzle (as we do before putting it in use). The guy in the office called the technician and the technician stated that our \head chef\ gave him the ok for everything. We were closed this day, so there was no \head chef\ on site. They did not not budge in removing the charges and strong armed us into paying for the nonsense charges. In order to not have any issues with the Hackensack Fire Dept we paid the full amount. We are just a local business trying to make it. It's not ok to take advantage of others this way.This is just a heads up to anyone interested in using this company - be informed so you do not get taken advantage of.
Chris is the man, he helped me out with 2 fire extinguishers in like 10 minutes. Good price, respectful guy. Thank you again.
