I went to that store for a screen change to my iPhone 8 Plus cell phone, I paid more than 80 and the next day the screen began to flash on its right side, when I was able to return 15 days later, the man who had changed it to me He said that I had lost the warranty because more than 15 days had passed, I told him that I had put on a poor quality screen and he told me that my option was to pay him 35 for the screen and his work would be “free”, I left the store and when My husband came in and spoke with him, the guy agreed to change it at no additional cost, the point is that if I had not had a man by my side because I was a woman, he would not be responsible for the poor quality product they use or I would have had to pay for the new one screen, that is obviously a type of discrimination. additionally, on one edge of the cell phone it was stuck, I don't think the change was good for me. Second part: First, you never told me that I had only two weeks of warranty and I am not supposed to know that information, you are in the duty of informing the client of the warranty time of your service and products, second, the screen had nothing broken, it was the screen protector, tell things as they are, and third, if you had decided to replace the screen without having my husband come into the store to talk to you, I would believe you did it because you care about customers, but it was not like that.
I went in today to have my Pc checked out after it failed to turn on and I have came here before and they got my computer up and running when I lost all hope but this time my pc would not start due to me fiddling around trying to clean it and after looking on the internet and not having any luck I called this place up again and the guy in the front desk was very helpful and even took the extra step to see if it was just a minor issue which I appreciated but I am now just waiting patiently to see what is wrong with it I highly recommend this place than anywhere else for sure
i came here and waited till 10am i thoight i needed a new phone but Renzo educated me that all i had to do was switch sim cards to my other working phone, def feels better than spending a lot more money and buys me time, i def recommend this place
