This could have been a supportive 4 star review but their policies regarding not billing their refraction service to the insurance is ridiculous. Last year was awful. I had several medical issues so I reached my annual 6500 maximum out of pocket. Given that Dr Livas office still charged me a separate 60 charge. I called my insurance and they told me Dr Liva never submitted it for payment.

Dr. liva is wonderful. I've been to many eye doctors and at first I was not happy about the weight but Dr. Liva spends so much time with his patients and his staff is truly wonderful, you can really tell that they care. Coming from someone who works in health care, I am beyond happy with this practice and I trust him and his staff fully with my eyes.

Although Dr. Liva is a kind man and a good doctor, the wait time in the office is unbearable. Every single time I go, it takes two hours or more to see him.
