They work as a team and try to get your order out as soon as possible. The food taste great and they change their gloves frequent and if you ask. Watch out for some however that don't wear their mask over their nose. The shop is small and there are no placement on the floor for waiting customers therefore some waiting customers may violate your 6ft spacing. A great place for breakfast and lunch, they just need to fine-tune their covid-19 policy.

Bagels are always fresh and they have a good variety. The breakfast sandwiches are good and they crisp the Taylor ham, which I love. The hash browns are patties which I also like.
Our go-to bagel shop in the area. They're varieties of bagels and cream cheese are fresh. My regular go-to is the classic Taylor Ham, Egg, & Cheese on a roll with Pepper/Ketchup. They thin slice their Taylor Ham, so it adds a whole later of crisp to the sandwich.
I hate to give them just 2, however, they CONSISTENTLY keep getting my orders WRONG more times than I can count...And each time I keep going on breaks because of it. The owner is nice, but he will have to retrain his young staff if he doesn't want to lose business. There is only 1 staff member that seems to be on Point! She gets your order RIGHT!! Think I'll go on a long hiatus from them.
As I work nearby in the area, though I could have stopped at one of many other bagel places en route, I chose to come here based off the higher/better reviews amongst the others. However, as I don’t treat myself/splurge often - the times I DO, I want my money to be well spent. I had high hopes. For a bagel with lox spread?: 3.40 tax (ok, reasonable). But again, point being is that if I’m paying almost 4.00 for a bagel, PLEASE DON’T SKIMP ON THE CREAM CHEESE!!! No one likes a skimpy-topped bagel! ; I can assure that a majority of northern NJerseyans prefer bang-for-their-buck and to get what they’re paying for. Needless to say, just here to let you all be aware that (though their customer service is fair) this is one of THOSE places that have proved to be grossly frugal rather than generous with the food served for the money you pay. #smh
