Herbie and the rest of the crew at HADD provided my step daughter and me with what I believe is the best customer service I have ever had. Not just with body shops, but ever. They were always incredibly responsive, literally bent over backwards to help us fix a 2009 Murano, and were incredibly friendly and cool the entire time. I would highly recommend anyone needing any auto services they offer to use them, in a heartbeat. Thanks you Herbie and crew for an awesome experience and a job well done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Herbie is a scam artist. The first time he cleaned my lamborghini aventador the battery was dead. He blamed it on the car battery. The second time he said he is not making enough money cleaning cars and he asked me if he could \do some body work\ so he could post the pics on his website. I told him I only wanted a wash. Then an hour later he sent me a text with a pic of my aventador with a huge crack in the front bumper. He said \ I lost control of the vehicle and hit a concrete wall but I will fix it for you\ He then left the scene. I had to threaten to call the police to get him to come back. When I asked for his insurance info, he said he does not have any insurance. He said he \had some issues in the past and his insurance was cancelled\ HE IS CLEANING HALF A MILLION DOLLAR EXOTIC CARS WITHOUT INSURANCE! I suspect he crashed my car intentionally so he could do the body work on it. I had to go thru my own insurance and take it to the lambo dealer and it cost 17k to repair. Now I have to file a lawsuit for the loss in value of the vehicle. DO NOT USE HADD CUSTOMS! They are fraudsters. Herbie will clean your car a couple times and then up sell you to do some body work and when you refuse he will intentionally damage your car to do the body work and post it to his website. Then when you ask for his insurance info he will claim he is broke and has no insurance \but will fix it for you\. Stay away from this place. Take your exotic cars to a legit detail guy who has insurance and will not try to scam you.
It can be extremely difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy repair/ custom auto body shop. However, after my boyfriend and I had come across HADD customs that concern was long gone. The level of professionalism, dedication, knowledge and hard work of Herbie and his workers is unmatched. Herbie always provides extremely fair pricing, he and his team are efficient, and always work in a timely manner, while providing QUALITY results. I have an Audi Q5 and my boyfriend a Mustang GT, and he has taken care of them as if they were his own. We have had scratches fixed up, custom work done, and not once have they disappointed. I will always turn to HADD customs for any customization or repairs.
I gave the auto body shop a call after I was involved with a hit and run accident. The staffs were great! They dealt with my insurance company and provided a loaner car for me to get around while my car was being fixed. I was informed on the status of the car throughout the whole time and within a week, I was notified that my car is ready for pick up. The car was washed and it was in excellent condition! I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend HADD.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this company. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks in advance. The morning of my appointment, Robin emailed me to say his crew called in sick, he was trying to call around to his other employees to get a replacement, and if he couldn't find a replacement he'd be opening up additional time slots in the coming week to rebook my appointment. Not ideal but things happen.
