Her Disney knowledge is vast and her complimentary concierge services are beyond compare.

Our family just got back from a marvelous surprise birthday trip to Walt Disney World for our daughter's birthday! We wanted to make it very special for her and really wanted to book a \Little Mermaid\ room for her. Although we were not able to secure this type of room on our own, Diane reached out and was able to \work some magic\ for us!!!! Diane was always prompt to reply to me at any time of day or night and really helped us through the process. I just got back from a trip to Walt Disney World with my adult sons! We had a blast! We were able to experience Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge and everything we wanted to do!
