The set up went great from the beginning through to the end & we had no problems going live. Everyone we spoke with was friendly & knowledgeable. I have been using Antietam Call Center for my business on days when we need to be out of the office on appointments. It has been a great experience- My clients have had no issues at all. I get any messages from clients real-time during the day by email, and at the close of business I get a recap of all the calls taken that day. I would highly recommend their services!

They were able to set up account within such SHORT period to manage our very very busy 24/7 hvac business! The transition has been SEAMLESS for us to transition to their services for our business (not an easy feat!). We explained how we had trouble getting our past messages on holidays as well as accurately timely delivery of our messages with a previous company. Bill (owner) and Gianna (daughter) even called BEFORE the next holiday to ensure that we would receive our messages and even tweaked our service so it was even easier for us to manage our messages.
