Rich Lohman arrived on time and completed a repair of the sump pump. He looked over other plumbing hardware and made useful recommendations. He asked me if I had questions and took time to thoughtfully respond with near-term and long-term solutions for all areas of the house. He also gave me a follow-up phone call a few days later to ask if I had additional questions. Positive experience! Will call again with plumbing needs.

Promo 5\ x 7\ stickers everywhere!!?! The technician was here to replace some hot water heating piping and run a gas line to the kitchen. Before he left, WITHOUT ASKING, he decided to put a Hagerstown Heating & Cooling sticker on every piece of equipment we had in our basement... These stickers are not small... they are 5 INCHES BY 7 INCHES. The stickers are thin and rip completely into pieces if you try to remove them. He put them on the furnace, the hot water heater, the water tank, the water softener... and where a sticker wouldn't fit he hung a tag on various other pipes - places he didn't even service. Honestly I get the desire to market your business but this is ridiculous and 100% overboard. Beyond this, the gas line was not thoughtfully run and the valve through the floor sits crooked. Not impressed at all.

JAMILL STEWART is professional and knowledgeable. He completed a thorough inspection of our heatpump. He advised me that the blower needed cleaned. I asked why he didn't clean it since this was a routine maintenance call and he informed me that the fee for cleaning the blower area is approximately 150. I believe the cleaning should be part of the maintenance. Not Jamill's fault, he was following company guidelines. I am upset with the company though because the average person cannot complete the cleaning since wires and such are located in the area that needs cleaned. The fee for the maintenance should include the cleaning because that is \maintenance.

I especially appreciated his easy to understand explanation of the technical details of his assessment and how his tests and software determined the size of my required furnace and air conditioner. He answered all my questions directly and clearly. I am very impressed by Hagerstown Heating and Cooling's process and products. It was an easy decision to purchase Matt's recommended units for my home. I plan to sign up for the yearly maintenance as well.

My heating oil ran out on the coldest day of the year last week on a Saturday. No oil delivery was available so I had to pour in my own. I called Hagerstown Heating & Cooling to get my furnace running after putting in a few gallons of oil. John had it running in no time. Hagerstown Heating & Cooling is the best!
