Over priced!!!!! Had great customer service on and off very poor at times. I rented tuxes for my wedding here the tuxes our great quality but very over priced. They had to keep sending them back out because they had made mistakes and did not fit my grooms men right. I think in is one of the only shops like this is hagerstown but I would look around before going here

Great customer service. After my order was picked up, it was discovered my pants where accidentally not placed in the bag with the other items. When I called to sort out the issue, the gentleman apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and than volunteered to personally deliver the pants to my home. He was at my doorstep in under an hour. Seldom do you see this type of investment in quality customer service anymore. Kudos. Much appreciated.
