I got there at 8am they gave me sound advice on after care. The staff was courteous and very professional, the doctor was great got to the problem quickly.

They are advertised online as being open til 8pm daily. Called and found out they close at 7. Asked if they will still take me if I get there right before 7 and they said yes. Turned away once arrived and it was before 7pm. They are usually a pleasure to deal with but this is not right. I will try to change the rating if they decide to update their listings.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with the staff of MedExpress Urgent Care today. The staff was very professional and we were surprised that we were able to get rapid Covid testing with results in 20 minutes. They even cleaned the ear wax from my ears, which was no small task.

Very impressed; especially considering COVID precautions. Very friendly and competent staff throughout the visit. Quick registration via telephone due to COVID, quick triage, quick exam and discharge. Excellent visit.

The staff were professional and friendly. I had to call into the Office prior to entry due to COVID-19, yet I was cleared rather quickly and allowed to enter. I was brought to the back without much wait and was out very quickly and without any waiting. I highly reccomend the Urgeant Care. Not my first time here and it will not be my last.
