Not recommended! Always changing people. I use to love making my transactions with previous girl unfortunately I cannot go back to this location, lack of experience and always giving different quotes. Also check your receipts when yall shop here, they mention one price but definitely do not match the transaction or message notifications that I receive after my purchase is processed. Do not visit this place

HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH ROCHELE!!! I forgot to post this. She is by far the sweetest, hardest and kindest worker at MetroPCS!!!!! She helped me with my phone because I was having issues with it. She was so patient and calm; i applaud her customer service!!!!!!!!! Went there last Sunday and of course nobody was there at the Kiosk \u003e:( Just left there today and Rochele helped me fix my phone; come to find out i had a setting off that was supposed to be on; as she explained it; I got it and now my phone is perfectly fine! GOD BLESS YOU ROCHELE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely rude workers that don't seem to know what they're doing. If they think you are unfamiliar with metro they will try to add on and charge you for extra things. I will stick to going to the one downtown for now on.
