Erik is very prompt with returning e-mails and phone calls. He incorporates teaching into his conversation regarding the computer and speaks on a level of understanding. Most recently he set up a new home computer for me; moreover, he made the learning curve manageable. He is very knowledgeable and works until he gets it done to the client's satisfaction. Working with a reliable small business owner like Erik gives me the security of honesty and fairness.

Mobile Tech comes to my office once a month to do maintenance on our computer system. They take care virus removal, maintaining our system security (even I have trouble remembering my password) and our back up systems so that we are always running smoothly. When I phone with a question, the call is returned within an hour which allows me freedom to work without fear at my computer. Erik advises me about new programs to guard my computer when surfing the web. Very helpful.

Mobile Tech has helped me in 2014 with many computer repairs and computer consulting questions. My hard drive crashed and Erik was able to perform a data recovery for my programs. He was able to transfer them to a different computer and removed viruses. Service has been fast and all phone calls are returned in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them for any computer service.
I run a small business and I hired them for as needed work and they kept trying to sell me expensive monthly packages, even after I declined. Furthermore, I asked them if they could give me a recommendation on phones since I was switching phone providers and with the new phone provider I needed to purchase new phones. They got upset with me when I purchased my own phones (because I could buy them direct for 40 less per phone than through them) because they could not make a commission because they wanted to buy the phones through their provider - even after I had asked them for the recommendation so that I could buy the phones. The phones they recommended and assured me were compatible were NOT compatible with the phone provider and they had no clue as to why - the phone guys who were there to install the phone lines had to explain it to them (the issue was simple - digital vs not digital). So, I was left without phones and my business relies on daily client phone calls and this was a serious problem. I found out that day that they recommended the phones to me because they expected me to purchase an additional (and unnecessary) phone system through them so that they could make commission off of it - they had not only never mentioned this to me until I was left high and dry with no compatible phones but this was also not needed with my new phone provider. After I asked, they did agree to credit me the fee I incurred to return the phones, but nothing more. They included my internet passwords and logins on invoices so anyone could take that information and use it. I cannot speak to their competency for tech support because I ended our relationship quickly. I caution anyone hiring them to demand transparency about if/when they make commissions and be very careful because they were not looking out for my interests.
