The folks at Parkway Physical Theropy (especially Virgina Heard) are extremely professional and genuinely care about you progress and recovery. I feel that they take the time to explain the reason for what they ask you to do and go the extra mile to help you reach your goal. I would strongly recommend the service at Parkway if you or your family require physical Theropy.

This is one of the best places to go if you need serious attention to your back or neck. Dr. Waheed and his assistants Brook and Amy are lovely and awesome, you can tell they enjoy their job. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Here again for a couple of more shots, even though I'm here because I'm in pain, the employees make my visits enjoyable.

They are very professional but still friendly. I have never had a bad experience there and I have been going there for 3 years. They do their very best to help you with your pain. Their appointments are on time, never had to wait. I would definatly recommend them as a place to go. Thier Physical therapy dept is amazing as well.

Do not use this company they refuse to listen to patients and if you say something they don't like they will discharge you and don't care what happens to you the manager seth is full of himself and he thinks he is better than everyone else....stephanie shank should not be able to see patients she will say something to you ...to your face and than put something else in your chart.... Stephanie shank is always running late and acts like you are taking up her time if you have any questions

The nurses are rude they scheduled her appointment told us to be there at 8:10 we arrive 25 minutes early and then informed us that the appointment wasn’t for 30 more minutes because they always wanna start arrive a half an hour early when we live over an hour away. They won’t give my husband his test results they had prescribed medication and refused to refill it until he was seen and then change the appointment and then treated us like that we walked out!
