Excellent service for small backyard wedding! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our summer 2020 wedding plans had to change drastically. Instead of a large hotel wedding, my fiance and I found ourselves planning a small backyard wedding in less than three months! We rented a tent, chairs, tables, and tablecloths from Ted's and were very pleased with the service (especially given the time crunch)!

We rented outdoor patio heaters for our wedding. They were able to fulfill our request in a very short amount of time. They had the order ready for pick up when we got there and they picked them up from the venue at the time they said they would. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

I just called and spoke to a woman on the phone. She answered so cheerfully, and was a doll. Jenny, was so kind and helpful. Even helped me on a different, but related topic to rentals. She told us that what we thought we wanted to rent wouldn’t work, told us why it wouldn’t work and directed us to the rental item that we needed for our plumbing issue. There is also no automated line when you call, a live person answers from the beginning. To Jenny, thank you so much for being so kind and helpful, especially in a time like this.
