I did a major shopping order....like 3 cart loads of things. Ariella the cashier was friendly, patient & competent when checking me out. The one woman in customer service helped me push all of my carts out to the parking lot (I was waiting on a cab). Overall it was a good visit.

I have been going to this supercenter for a week to get dog food. Not once has the shelf been filled, so today I go to the service center to find out what is going on. To be told by Ben to get a life and ho find it somewhere else. REALLY...WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. I've been going to Food Lion in WV for groceries because of shelves being empty. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere as told for all my shopping trips.

I can almost always find what I'm looking for. I prefer self checkout however they usually have plenty of checkout lines. There's almost always something on sale whether you want clothes.... Food or home goods. I highly recommend a visit.

Seems they have a real problem keeping things stocked, and its not just from covid! For 2 1/2 years I had to chase down a worker and beg them to go in the back behind bakery to get me boxes of gv brand swiss cake rolls!! Went to every manager I could even the General manager with little results...
