If you have read the review by Mark Jenkins, then you have read the true events of this morning. We are on vacation. I answered the phone to a woman with attitude that then began yelling at me for not being early to my appointment which she was only trying to change because she made an error. Now, not only is this my first conversation with this woman, she is trying to make her problems my problems and successfully stressed out my morning and put a rush on everything. She has no shame, and after canceling my trip after I was 5 minutes away (from a 45 minute drive—and on time for my vouchers state 11:30AM as the start time), she calls me and asks my ETA with a scathing tone, realizes that she has made an error (wrong number) and hangs up on me! I have never experienced such disorganization and poor communication in my life—for real. Find another zip line company. Incidentally, my friend went the day prior, was confused at the unadvertised 30 minute earlier check-in than you actual appointment? But anyway, she called ahead of time to see if there were any cancellations so that she and her son could join our group today, and she was actually laughed at by this woman! The woman took a superior tone, as if my friend was a moron, and then hung up. So, please, don’t try to make yourselves out as anything other than a poorly organized company with the terrible customers relations (and attention to detail are now also in question). I’m with that other reviewer—find another zip line company.

Lots of fun! Very fun and entertaining guides taking you through the various lines. Nice that they do pictures for you so its not something you need to worry about, you can just enjoy the trip. Also a cool little WWII museum that you can go through before or after your tour.

Best experience ever! If you’re in Maui, you have to come see Liz and Chris! Most outgoing people and made our experience so memorable!

I love this place, everyone was nice. The only thing is they emailed me my pictures through a Dropbox. If I knew that I would have gave them my Gmail email account. I did email asking them to resend it to my Gmail account but No response. I believe I paid 40 for my pictures.....

Best zip line on island with a bit of history to it as well. The staff is great, Liz and Kyle took care of us every step of the way! Great for the whole family, we had a ton of fun!

Had an AMAZING time today with Michael and Kyle. Both were so friendly and informative and helped us feel completely safe to let loose and enjoy our rides! Would definitely recommend. Fantastic fun and great company.
