Called two consecutive days leaving a detailed voicemail seeking an initial appointment along with attempting to schedule online with a follow up message. Voicemail implies there's a short window for return calls, however this is not the case. Customer service is terrible-false expectations. It appears this is not the only complaint concerning lack of correspondence. Doris whenever you read this please know that in this day & time when we're trying to support black owned businesses you must do better. You're in an area that suggests you're in demand due to the rarity of black owned professional hair salons/stylists in the Northwest suburbs. If there are several complaints regarding no return calls even online, you cannot continue to do the same thing expecting a different outcome, it's insane... apologizing saying there aren't messages when we know we're leaving them isn't rectifying the situation. Get a receptionist or another method of communication, it's too much technology in the world today for this to be a constant issue.

Great style for homecoming, but has a bad attitude overall. Very snappy. Also, doesn’t give much explanation about at home hair nourishment. Seems like a push to sell expensive treatments and products. Doesn’t tell you about your texture of hair and hair growth. My hair was dry.

Miss Doris always tells you like it is and also tells you what she would recommend based off of what she sees going on with your hair. She's a really nice person who knows what she's talking about and she takes her time. I'll always recommend her!

I have tried several times to contact her to schedule a hair consultation and she never calls me back. When you call her it automatically goes to a pre recorded voice message that asks you to leave information about your hair, what your looking for and the best date for your consultation. This is perfectly fine however I have left many voicemails and she never contacts me. I even filled out the consultation form on her website many months ago and still nothing. It is a bit sad because I did hear great things but I am little disappointed in her customer service. Is this business even still running.
