I picked the hair up in person. The building is immaculate, the store itself was beautiful. The packaging and casing of the hair was beautiful as well. However, the quality of the hair was anything but beautiful. The hair was great for the first few weeks, but after that the hair shed, tangled and became a nightmare. I have bundles in my hair most of the time, so I know how to take care of them and the way I took care of these bundles was no different. I never dyed the hair or put any other chemicals in it that would damage it in any way, the quality just went away very quickly. I wouldn't recommend this hair at all.

The hair sucks....my beautician had issues coloring it....it started shedding immediately. IT WAS NOT AN ERROR ON HER PART....she has always colored my weave with no issues...Will not use this hair again....

i had a great experience! but i also did my research before purchasing. i got 4 bundles. 16,18,20,22! loose wave, shouldve gotten body wave cuz of the pattern. the hair IS double wefted. Has a cornchip smell, and bleeds brown while washing it. so i guess you can say it is processed. not bad tho. but if you want it real thick, get four. the lady was nice, they have a nice little space for their company. & the packaging is cute. i wore the hair august til December, going into the new year. it DID shed A LOT, but towards the end of my third month of wearing it. most likely cause, i wasnt washing it like i shouldve. overall, it was nice hair. i will keep coming back, seem like the prices got high or i havent shopped with them in a good lil minute. lol hope this helps.
