This place is Disgusting. I ordered from here once. Never again. Food was nasty. I ordered Ribs with a Philly Cheesesteak. Ribs were dry and over cooked with bland sauce and the philly sandwich let’s just say I could have made once myself even better for free. Stay away. The management are incompetent
I work at Englewood hospital. We have order from this place more then once and normally we have no problems. But today we ordered a shake and we didn’t receive. I try calling many times no one answered the phone. Left many messages. Still no reply. It would be nice to be able to talk to a human being!!
I ordered my food from here from Uber Eats and it took over 2 hours to deliver. I cancelled the food 20 minutes prior to delivery because it's been over 45 minutes late at the time. The food came with a driver from Doordash delivering to \Ian\, not me 15 minutes after cancellation. The driver called the restaurant and they told him to deliver it to me regardless of the mismatch of the name and the late delivery. This restaurant is unprofessional and refused to pick up the phone until I called twice consecutively. Please reconsider when choosing where to order.
