For my choice in Halal food I will always go to Halal Time. Many many times I have walked up to the food trailer when he was preparing his sauces and meat. This man puts so much passion into his food truck there are literally no words to describe it. He makes all his sauces himself. From scratch!!! He hand cuts all his meats to take the fat off and marinates his beef and chicken himself. To see him do this this is so amazing. The way his hands move and the way you can tell he is so deep into thought of how to make even better is truly so amazing! I have talked to this owner many many times and all he really ever talks about it is how to make his food even better or trying out different recipes to make for his customers. His mind is solely on his food and his food truck is by far one of the cleanest I ever ever been to. When he is slow I see him spending his time on cleaning. We love Halal Time!

Great food truck located directly across from Hotel Vegas. They serve your typical Mediterranean fast food items such as lamb, chicken, and beef shawarma wraps. They also serve these meats over rice, and have smaller items like dollmah, falafel, and hummus. They’re open really late too. All around great, quick, affordable comfort food. They’re pickles are insane by the way! Highly unusual and very tangy-tasty.

Amazing food, fast and with great service. This place is open till 4 am most nights so it’s also great for late night dining. The owner, Sam, is clearly passionate about food and about customer service: he even knows all of his regular customers by name. Insider tip: try the French fries! It’s definitely not my “go to” at a Mediterranean place but these fries are awesome: cooked to the perfect level of crispness, seasoned with salt and something that tastes faintly like lime and always served piping hot with ketchup, hot sauce or tzatziki for dipping.

I promise if you eat here more than two times you will get sick. This is a food truck. I promised sanitation is not there number one priority. The guy who swipes you're card will steal a dollar if you pay with your card. Gyros is such a delicious food, don't take your chances here.

The food here was delicious, had exactly what I needed for my dietary restrictions. I will definitely come back here. Thank you Halal Time!
