Best experience I've ever had. The manager remembered my husband and I from seeing us on the sidewalk the night before (with COVID masks on). Extremely friendly and positive. Felt at home like we were locals and not first-time tourists.

So #grateful for the owner and all the employees the owner was so busy sweating as he was taking in call in orders and also dealing with my two boxes of stuff I was shipping back to Asheville the other guy standing behind the counter in the ice cream area was giving it 100% recommending the coconut homemade ice cream for me the lady that checked me out I don't have the right words to explain but every sound of her voice and every movement of her body made you feel that she was grateful for your purchase I've never experienced such an awesome atmosphere I will definitely be doing all my Christmas shopping here Aloha grateful grateful

Came through for a shaved ice and didnt disappoint!!!! So yummy. Def wanna try the lava flow and some of their other specialty ones that looked amazing. The ice cream they serve with it is Dave's ice cream, handmade locally and is super yummy as well if you want ice cream alone or even added to your shaved ice !
