It was our first time surfing and what a wonderful experience it was! Edison works at your individual pace and gives specific advice to improve (or in our case establish) your surf technique. We had so much fun and plan to come back again. An activity I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the North Shore!

My son and I had a fantastic time with Edison and his instructor! Very friendly, and perfect instruction. They had everyone in our group up surfing in waves within the first couple tries! Even the old and out of shape people had a blast and surfed many waves successfully! Look no further for lessons. Just book this one and save some time.

Our first time surfing. Communication with Edison was great. The spot was good, lots of beginners in the water. He’s a great teacher, cares about safety and etiquette in the water. Only complaint would be that the lesson was supposed to be for 2.5 hours and we ended 15-20 mins short of that, although I would’ve liked to catch a few more waves. Great teacher for us being beginners and definitely would surf again with Edison! Aloha!!

One of the most amazing and relaxing solo trips I’ve had in recent years! It was affordable enough for me to travel solo, and the experience was beyond expectations. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and Edison and Theresa were amazing host. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. I didn’t have to worry about anything after I landed — they picked me up from the airport, took me to grocery store to buy the food for the week, and gave me a great tour around the house. There were also a lot of nice touches, such as bring me in season fresh tropical fruits from their yard :) every day was fun! My days always started with fun surf sessions. In the afternoon, they would take me to places and share with me the local history and stories. They truly made me feel home. Not matter if you’re traveling solo or with family, want to relax or level up your surfing skills, this is the perfect place :)

Edison and Lucas were top notch surf instructors. Both were knowledgeable and approachable, making the experience unforgettable at the North Shore. My younger siblings had a great time in their first lesson and caught waves on some of their first attempts. Parking was easy and their tent made them easy to locate on the beach. If you’re looking to surf O’ahu this is the place to start!
