I used Solutions for the first time over the summer when my A/C went out with a 2.5 month old at home and really wanted to leave a review then, but as a new mom I never got around to it! They came out so fast, were so nice, and got us back up and running that day! When I was having problems with our heat, again they came out the very next day, was able to figure out the problem and was able to get everything squared away for us quickly, and professionally! I have recommended these guys to all my family and friends and will definitely be a lifetime customer.

We just had a heat pump/AC unit installed today by Solutions Heating and Cooling. We went with Solutions Heating and Cooling after shopping around first. Shad the owner came over to go over our current unit and was honest and upfront. He was very professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He was not pushy and was fair with his pricing for the heat pump. The installation today was very professional and meticulous. Shad does excellent work!!!!!!! I would recommend him over and over again.!!!!

When we called about our HVAC there was immediate service. Shad came out to inspect the problem. Although he was full for the week he managed to stop by to see what could be the problem. He stated he was booked but he would return, he did!! He returned later that day when he could have gone home, he gave us our assessment and cost..which we breathed a sigh of relief and he worked with us on pricing. I have used Solutions Heating and Cooling on several occasions professional and at home. This company is EXCELLENT I would recommend it to anyone looking for these services. Not only is he an excellent owner he is easy to talk to and very pleasant.

Always friendly, prompt, expert, honest. This is one of the three best service companies I know of in a five state area. That’s all services from health care to yard work. Awesome on purpose. That’s the only way to be this great.
