The bad part about consistent excellence is it becomes the norm. The fact that the Service Department consistently meets my expectations doesn’t equate to a C But rather an A. They have changed my entire opinion of going to a dealer to get my vehicle serviced. Back East, I never would have considered it. Now, I won’t go anywhere else.

Everyone was incredibly friendly – even to the point that one employee comped my oil change, apparently because I’d been approached by three different salesmen (I think it was a slow Saturday) and had been nice to them. The lounge was also really clean and comfortable. My oil change and tire rotation was quick, and the mechanic came out to update me and let me know about a couple of services he recommended, but I didn’t feel pressured to get anything extra done that day. Really great service!

Jennifer really helped us out. We have 4 kids and we’re previously in a Nissan Kicks. Although the Kicks was a great vehicle (seriously, a great car), it was not big enough for our family. Jennifer knew this and got us into a bigger vehicle and we couldn’t be more thankful.
