I had no problems with my visit here. Valet was nice. Machines were ok. Amount of people ok. I only played 60 dollars. So Tripled my play. It is a small casino. But I feel environment could be better.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to check this casino out but unfortunately we left after 10 minutes. We had issues with 3 of the ATM machines as they gave a error message that they were “not operating at the moment” we walked over to the cashier to ask if he could give us cash and he was SO RUDE. He tried to say that we didn’t have money on our cards and that it was not the machines... which was not the case. Why would we come to a casino with no money????? He didn’t offer us any help or give any suggestions. I literally told him that we were just going to leave because he was rude. This Company need to be checking their customer service as many are still unemployed and could do his job much better. The casino is also very small and no music so a super quiet and old vibe. We will stick with the hard rock because they actually treat their customers with RESPECT. The only good thing I can say is they were wiping the machines & the bathroom was clean
I like the place its small but comfortable. Slot machines seem to pay out often. Very clean and nice implementation of COVID-19 prcedures.

Went to the event for the motorcycle club Rare Breed of Miami. Had the best time ever!
